| Wellcome to Xoanxo's World, Within this website you will find some of the works I have been producing since 1991. Some of my paintings are available for sale or rent (mainly those under "Current Work"), and are currently exhibited at my Studio-Gallery in Hoofddorp (The Netherlands). Many of my works are already in homes scattered around the world (a small selection can be found under "Previous Works"), and some are digital images, photographs and digital drawings, that I have never printed ("Digital Images"). Under "The Project" you will find a set of thoughts and ideas that I felt were important to share, and I have also included some videos ("The Videos" section in the "Home" page) where I play with, text, photography, paintings and digital sound. I realize that the "About Xoanxo" section may prove disappointing for some. Of course I have a story, like everyone else, but while I think that I can't disassociate my work from it, I would like to give it the freedom and opportunity to be truly yours, so it can become whatever you see or feel with it. Although I often refer to them as "my works" I realize they are of themselves. I title the works in reference to my own sensations during their production, sometimes on my intentions and others on whatever they suggest to me after completion. These may come in English, Spanish or Galician, but please bear in mind that they form no part of the pieces themselves and are only pointers to my individual interpretation or intention.
